General Training
-Currently 2nd year as head coach at Washington High School
-3 years head coach of the New Bern River Rats
-2004--2006 Assistant Coach at University of Central Missouri. Coached 11 All-Americans and 9 draft choices in 3 seasons. 2 NCAA Division 2 World Series appearances with 2 3rd place finishes.
-1 year Assistant Coach at Kansas State University. 1 year as Director of Baseball Operations at Kansas State University
-Coached for 4 years at the junior college level.
-Experience working camps and providing instruction for all ages in Florida, Arizona, Texas, Oklahoma and South America.
